30 km Woodhill Mountain Bike Marathon for Saving Hope Foundation

Hi, my name is Leo and I am part of a group of students at Albany Junior High School that have decided to raise money and awareness for Saving Hope Foundation. As my part, I am going to do a 30 km mountain bike ride at Woodhill Bike park, its going to be tough!

Saving Hope Foundation was started 2 years ago by a group of people who campaigned to save Hope, a 4 week old little puppy from the pound that was about to be euthanized because of her breed. Since then, Saving Hope have successfully rescued and re-homed over 565 dogs. All money raised goes towards rescuing abused animals, any veterinary care required, vaccinations, de-sexing, flea/worm treatments and micro-chipping.

Saving Hope Foundation rescues dogs in need. Dogs that have been poorly treated or abandoned by their owners. Three week old puppies that have been dumped at a school or left on the street to die. Dogs so skinny that you can see their entire rib cage. Saving Hope recently saved a puppy which had a serious case of mange, the poor little thing was completely bald and the owners had just left her to suffer.
