On May 2nd I will be stepping into the ring for Punch With Purpose 6, a charity boxing event. As part of my 10 week training camp, I’m raising funds for Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust.

I’ve chosen this charity because mental health and suicide prevention are causes that really matter to me. So many people silently struggle, and organisations like this provide support, awareness, and hope to those who feel like they have none.

Stepping into the ring is a challenge for me, but it’s nothing compared to the battles many people face every day with their mental health.

Any donation, big or small, makes a difference. I truly appreciate all the support.
