Those of you that know me,m will recognise how much I enjoy an opportunity to put my game face on.
And it’s been too long since I had opportunity or intrinsic motivation to do so.
Stoked to be part of this event and my motivators are not linked to whether I get a fight or not.
Voices of Hope mantra of “it’s not weak to speak” emphasises the bravery and importance of showing vulnerability.
Beyond that I get to demonstrate to my own teenage daughters, and other young women, that success comes from preparation done in preparation beforehand more than simply turning up for the actual event.
