Shaving my beard to raise money for the Heart Foundation

Hi,

As you can see I have a luscious beard and I have become very fond of it and even have nightmares about it being shaved off but I am willing to shave it off for a good cause and for a generous donation to the Heart Foundation.

Recently we lost a workmate from a heart attack and I would like to raise some awareness and help promote healthy eating and exercise to help keep your heart healthy.
