The bullying prevention conference is happening in August 2019 in Wellington. The funds raised would go to financing the event logistics.

Wellington

New Zealand comes second among all OECD countries in terms of school bullying. This is a statistic which we should not be proud of. Of the schools interviewed by independent non-profits, 94% have admitted bullying happens in their schools.

No Bullying Initiative Trust (NBIT) have been working with schools and workplaces to communicate this message. NBIT focusses on supporting bullied victims and to prevent further bullying.

It is organising this conference in Wellington in 2019 after a successful one in Auckland in 2018. The delegates invited would be from academic and corporate world, sharing their experiences and strategies.
