Rasheed Bodjia | 15 Years Old | Nigerian/Samoan | Tangaroa college

I am extremely keen and interested in the STEM educational program. Science, Technology, English and Mathematics. I’ve gained interest in all these subjects because of my constant exposure to them in my childhood youth, due to my parent's occupations.

I love all things STEM in the sense that I’ve taken an interest in nearly every aspect of Stem. I have a passion for Science and English and I know that working with NASA will help me with my vision of working in a medical or engineering field with a doctorate.

I am a constant achiever and have achieved many significant things in my pre-adolescent years such as Top Student in my Year, scholarship awards and more. I was also one of the select few students to join the Year 11 HSA (Health Science Academy Program). HSA is a program that encourages and helps Polynesian students to pursue science-related activities with continued excellence.

I’m good at working with others and I'm also good at working solo. I’m a man of many talents whether it be physical or intellectual. I know in full confidence that I am capable of being a valuable addition to the NASA Program.
