At an average age of 62 "The Rescue Warriors" decided the 3000 km Tour Aotearoa bike tour from Cape Reinga to Bluff would be a great way to prove our bodies are not yet ready for retirement & still capable of that a 20 year old body possesses (really). If we were going to do this, then we may need the boost of a great cause (probably on day 2), what better than a medical service we may require during our adventure.

All jokes aside, this service could be required by anyone of us & without support it may not survive.
