Richard is the General Manager of Regulatory and Communications at Otago Regional Council. Prior to this he spent 5 years with the Dunedin City Council in a variety of roles. He enjoys the challenges of local government and the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of people across Otago.
Richard has lived in Dunedin since 2014 after moving from Auckland. He loves the lifestyle in the South and won’t be moving back north any time soon.
Richard is involved with the Dunedin Triathlon and Multisport Club and is keen on giving as many people as possible the chance to get out and be active. He enjoys a range of sports and outdoor activities however jumping of a stadium roof is not one of them!
