Riding 3500km on a 49cc moped from Cape Reinga to Bluff in support of two NZ charities

Starting on the 27th December 2023 I will be attempting to ride 3500km from Cape Reinga to Bluff in support of the Cancer society and NZ Heart Foundation, Nearly every New Zealander is someway effected by either Cancer or Heart disease through either knowing someone or having these conditions themselves.

The Cancer Society and Heart Foundation both support people living with cancer and heart disease and advance research into helping prevent and treat these illnesses, however they can only achieve this if they are supported by the community and receive crucial funds.

Any contribution is greatly appreciated whether it’s a dollar or the price of your morning coffee every bit helps achieve the goals of these two charities. If you see me along the way feel free to give me a toot or have a yarn.

The route being taken is avoiding state highway 1 as much as possible and is planned to go via East Coast of the North Island and the West Coast of the South Island, All funds raised go directly to the listed charities.
