Chasing a Cure for Type 1 Diabetes - to be able to know that my son and other Type 1 Diabetics could one day be cured of what is an awful disease.

As a Mum to a 5 year old Type 1 diabetic my work colleagues and I are going to push our boundaries and run a 1/2 marathon to raise funds for 'Chasing a Cure' for Type 1 diabetes. This affects 25,000 NZ people who are all dreaming of a cure.
