Why do we do backyard ultras?
The idea is to not put any limits on yourself.To go out and keep going until there is nothing left to give. Your mind will keep trying to persuade you to quit but you know there is always just one more.
Each event we focus on things to be better than before! This time I had to learn to run again. Training started experiencing sore joints and low energy. 14 weeks later here we are ready to go as far as possible. A good solution mindset is essential to have, in our day to day lives and in the BYU.
