I will run slow and long to raise money for the Speed Freaks at the Best Dam Backyard Ultra on 9th May.

Speed Freaks are a fantastic charity who support running for recovery. They are all about health, wellbeing & connection.

We know running and movement is good for your physical health and your mental health too. Running, walking or physical movement is for everyone. The positive energy it gives us flows over to better ourselves at work, enhancing relationships with friends, colleagues and loved ones. Through running and movement social connections and new friends are .made who support and inspire each other.
