    After 194 consecutive days of running, a patella tendon strain has forced me to modify the goals.

    In order to manage the injury and keep playing football, I've decided to cycle every day from Day 195 to Day 365. My amazing wife Holly, who hates running, decided that this would become a team challenge and is going to run every day from Day 195 to Day 365.

    100 consecutive days of running. 908kms run toward the 3000km target. 3 out of 12 Marathons completed.

    300.3km run over the month. Average of 10km per day.

    214km run over the first 19 days. 1st Marathon also completed - time of 3hrs 24mins.
