Running for a Breath: Our Ultra Marathon for Cystic Fibrosis

On 5 December 2026, we are taking on The Spectacle in Nelson — running our first 50km Ultra Marathon to raise funds for people living with cystic fibrosis (CF).

Close friends recently welcomed a beautiful baby into the world born with a genetic condition that affects the lungs and digestive system, making something as simple as breathing a daily challenge. Every kilometre we run is a small tribute to the strength and resilience of those who fight CF every single day.

The money raised will go toward vital research, treatment, and support services that help improve and extend the lives of people with CF and their families.
