Running For Alzheimers

    Thank you for your support and donation! Miraculously, I finished the half-marathon yesterday in 2hrs 40mins - the same time I ran a half marathon in Auckland eight years ago! Thankfully, the rain kept off and the conditions were ideal. Karapiro is a wonderful spot. Time for me to rest up.

  • Target reached

    Thanks to all donors, the target of $1,000 for Alzheimers has been reached this morning. I have lost over 5kilos since Christmas and am ready for next week-end's challenge. I will let you know how I go. Simon
