3 Years ago our Son Alex was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis a form of Crohn’s disease, unknown to us he had been suffering undiagnosed with this illness for several Years,
By the time of his Diagnosis he had become incredibly sick and required many months of Hospitalisation to get on top of his disease and overall health,
3 years down the Road happily he now is on top of his disease and his overall health has improved considerably,
So last year on reading about Camp Purple it really struck a chord with Me,
This Yearly Camp creates a opportunity for young teens to meet and hang out with people their own age suffering from this horrible disease,
This November I’m Running in the Auckland Marathon and hoping you would consider sponsoring me with all funds Going towards Camp Purple being held from January 15th to 20th 2025.
Camp Purple relies solely on funding each year for it to Continue so your support would be truly appreciated.
