Help Wellington Free Ambulance be free.

Wellington

Being the only free emergency service providers in New Zealand, Wellington Free Ambulance has collected a lot of good will. But this also means that they have to raise around $4 million to be the best. They provide life saving emergency care to about 500,000 people who reside in Wellington, Kapiti Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa. Along with emergency care, they also provide clinical care over the phone and in the community, transport patients to and from their appointments and also provide CPR training.

Me and some of my colleagues are running 10 kms in the upcoming Wellington marathon and wish to raise as much money as we can, so that WFA can keep providing Wellingtonians, the world class medical care that they have been providing to us for the past 91 years. $25 can go towards buying an Oxygen mask and $100 could pay for a heated mattress for unwell babies. Every little bit helps.
