    The run was great, hard, beautiful, painful and fun plus the weather was stunning. Ill be resting my legs for the week and tending to my blisters. Thanks again!

  • Covid came to visit

    Thank you all so much for your kind donation. I have recently had Covid, which has resulted in 2 weeks in rest from training and still recovering. So, I have decided to push my Run back 2 weeks to the 13th August.
