Running for Mark Macrae
Running the Mooloolaba Half Marathon to help Mark Macrae fund his ongoing brain cancer treatments.

I was lucky enough to spend some time recently with Mark, Yvonne and Jess as he took a break from his ongoing brain cancer treatment.
As (much) younger men we worked together and ran together.
Now Mark is facing a much tougher challenge, so I've decided to pull on the running shoes once again and seek some sponsorship to help out.
I'll be running the Mooloolaba Half Marathon (21.1K) on 2nd August 2026 and I'd appreciate any sponsorship you can provide. All moneys go direct to Mark's page that I've linked to here.

Well that was hard - pissing down at the start. But all done - time for a rest now and a cheeky trip back to Cumbria.
