Running to raise money for mental health

I’m running 10km every day in May to raise awareness and support for mental health. It’s about showing up consistently, even on the hard days, just like so many people do with their mental health battles. Through this challenge, I hope to start conversations, break the stigma, and raise funds to support those who are struggling. Mental health affects so many people, yet it’s still something many struggle to talk about. This challenge is my way of showing up every single day, especially on the tough ones, because that’s what living with mental health challenges can feel like.
