Sam - YWAM Nelson!

Hey! I'm Sam and I'm currently staffing a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with YWAM Nelson!

For those who don't know, Youth With a Mission (YWAM) is a global organization of young people seeking to know God and make God known!

For me, my DTS was an incredible time of getting to know God deeper and also stepping into the missions field for the first time.

I have now come to staff at YWAM Nelson to continue in my own growth journey, support the students in theirs, and to help make God known in the nations.

This DTS has an 'Around the World' theme, with an outreach focus of sharing Jesus in different nations and cultures across the world. So far, we’ve completed the first week of a 12-week lecture phase. We will then be leaving for an 11-week outreach where we serve and share the gospel in the nations!

Around $1500 is what I will still be needing for living expenses during lecture phase. The rest of the fundraised amount is for the ability to join the school on their outreach.

Due to the nature of the outreach, the initial Around the World flight ticket needs to be booked by week 3 (~14th March). The cost of this is approximately $9500 NZD. The remaining money will be for on the ground costs (food, accommodation, ministry costs etc), travel insurance and outreach preparations.

I know it’s a large amount for outreach! But if you are able to support me financially it would be deeply appreciated, as would any prayers!
