Running's consumed my life - rigorous training schedule, wardrobe overtaken with sports clothes, diet filled with carbs & protein and conversing way too much about things like stretches, muscles and heart rate..! Would be fantastic if all this could go towards something bigger than just reaching my personal goal!

Disappointed and sore :( 29 September 2014
I guess it had to happen sooner than later, and I should be thankful it's not much later.. however I have gotten a very sore left lower calf and will have to keep resting it. Week 9 wasn't a complete disaster though, beating my O'Hagans PB again coming in at 25:43 and doing a lunchtime run on Thursday including running up College Hill! Had the whole weekend off from running and calf is getting less sore so fingers crossed it keeps healing!
