Rates of youth suicide in New Zealand are among the highest in the world. All donations will help NZ youth get free counselling and support.

Bay of Plenty

In 2018, 137 young people died by suicide in New Zealand. It is estimated that another 3,500 tried to take their own lives. Rates of youth suicide in New Zealand are actually among the highest in the world! It is because of these heartbreaking statistics that I have partnered with Snap Fitness Papamoa. We are working together to raise money for I AM HOPE, a charity that helps NZ youth get free counselling and support.

The money raised here on Givealittle will go straight into the I AM HOPE children’s counselling support fund. This program supports children and young people get the services they need without the burden of financial constraint.

Snap Fitness Papamoa has asked me to be an ambassador for the 28-Day Move for Mental Health Challenge. I'm working alongside PT Brooke to raise money and awareness for I Am Hope, a charity that helps NZ youth get free counselling and support.

I have struggled my entire life with mental health- specifically anxiety. At my lowest point, counselling helped me immensely. Please donate to get New Zealand's youth free counselling. Any amount will help get these kids the support they need.
