I’m fundraising this money in an attempt to donate to RainbowYouth New Zealand on wear it purple day made to help fund safe, empowering, supportive environments for rainbow youth people. Rainbow youth works on awareness, opportunity, environment and collaboration for young LGBT+ people in New Zealand. I will be shaving my head on Friday august 28th. The support towards this cause will be incredibly helpful to LGBT+ youth in New Zealand as we have one of the highest suicide rates in the world and statistically LGBT+ youth are 4times more likely to commit suicide. Donating to this cause would be incredibly useful and would mean so much to me and the entire community, especially considering the lack of donations at this time due to COVID 19 (also you’ll get to see me shave my head!!!)
