Participating in The Raine & Horne Big Splash

Canterbury

As a father of a young family myself, I understand both the joys and challenges that come with raising children. I understand how important it is for parents to have support around them during the early years and believe that no family should have to navigate difficult times alone. By taking part in The Raine & Horne Big Splash, I am helping to raise vital funds for Rachel’s House Trust so local māmā, babies and whānau can continue to access practical support, advocacy, connection and care when they need it most. I am proud to be giving back to the community that has supported both my family and my business over the years. Sparking Change One Splash at a Time!

Participating in

The Raine & Horne Big Splash

The Raine & Horne Big Splash is a community fundraiser where locals raise funds and take an icy plunge to support Rachel’s House Trust.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
