Sienna wanted to help kids like her and their families deal with cancer in their lives.

Auckland

Sienna had this wonderful idea after watching one of her favorite programs, Alexa & Katie. In the episode she watched Katie shaved her head to help Alexa feel more comfortable with her bald head as she was going through chemotherapy to fight her cancer.

Thank you!  17 February 2021

Sienna has been absolutely overwhelmed by the support you have all given her. The journey she has been on in making this decision, and then following through with it, has been huge for this little 9 year old.

What I can tell you is that the money you so kindly donated to Canteen is not only helping young people across NZ face cancer with the support they so dearly need. But that it has emboldened one very special young girl to explore what else might be possible in her effort to help others.

Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts.
