    Our sleepout has happened! What an awesome night - well done everyone who braved the -2degree frost and spent the night together on the hill at St Marys. A fantastic learning experience and a great community spirit! And we are all so encouraged to see our donations going higher and higher towards the revised target of $2000. Only just over $200 to go. This page closes on Friday 8th July... can we push it over the target??!! Thank you so much everyone who has given.

  • only one more sleep til our sleepout!

    Hopefully tonight is a good night's sleep before about 30 St Mary's people brave Wellington's midwinter cold and sleepout in solidarity with millions of refugees who have no permanent home -only tents and shelters made of whatever they can find. Thanks so much to all of you for your generous sponsorship - we are so encouraged. Is there anyone else you can share this link with to invite them to give a little too to help reach our new target of $2000 - which will then be doubled by NZ Aid! May you each know God's rich blessings as you have given to some very vulnerable people in our world - As you have done this you have shown God's care to those who are in need.

    One week out we are already well on our way to reaching our target! Thanks to all of you who have donated so far. Please don't forget to spread the word and lets see us reach well over $1000 to support Syrian refugees in Lebanon. Every donation made is doubled by theNZ Aid Programme.

    We've already reached 20% of our target amount! Fantastic! Thanks to all who have started to get the ball rolling ....tell others too and have them donate to Tear Fund's Syrian Refugee appeal. Spread the word and lets see how soon we can reach our $1000 target and maybe reach beyond that too!
