Help little People with BIG feelings.
Sasha Temaru-Scanlan and Habit Health Fitness Limited are hosting two spin fundraising events to help support I am Hope Foundation.
These fundraising events include a 90-minute spin class with 30-minute allocated time slots.

Habit Health Majestic - Saturday, 2November 2024
8.00 – 8.30 am
8.30 - 9.00 am
9.00 - 9.30 am
Habit Health Evans Bay - Saturday, 23November 2024
6.00 - 6.30 am
6.30 - 7.00 am
7.00 – 7.30 am
Cost:
30 minutes for $20 per person
or if you are keen 60 minutes for $40 per person
or the full 90 minutes for $60 per person.
Ritchie Barnett, the Culture & Wellbeing Ambassador from I am Hope Foundation will be joining us for the Evans Bay spin fundraiser event.
All spin event participants are invited to join us after the spin class for a light breakfast, kindly sponsored by Urban Harvest and connect with other spin enthusiasts.

We wanted to let you know that to date, the I am Hope Foundation Givealittle page has raised $1,705 with the Evans Bay spin event on Saturday, 23 November 24 from 6.00-7.30am still to go!
If you have family or friends who would like to do this fun event, we have just a few spaces available:
6.00-6.30am - Fully booked
6.30-7.00am - just 2 spots to fill
7.00-7.30am - just 3 spots to fill
$20 per 30 minutes
All spin participants are welcome to join for a light breakfast afterwards kindly supported by Uncle Leo's Bakery and sponsored by Urban Harvest.
To confirm a spot, please make your donation to the Givealittle page (add your name as a reference) and email Meredith Price: meredith.price@vuw.ac.nz with your preferred time slot.
Also, since 2019 when Gumboot Friday initiated, it has delivered over 108,150 free counselling sessions for our Tamariki and Rangatahi in need! Your help and support of I am Hope Foundation charity means that they can continue to assist kiwi youths feel heard, seen and supported with their mental health needs -
