Brain tumours are the leading cause of cancer death in people under 40. A brain tumour diagnosis can have the double impact of a cancer diagnosis and a progressively debilitating neurological disease. The treatments can be complex and often come with side effects.
Brain Tumour Support NZ was formed in 2019. They support everybody affected by any type of brain tumour and their family and whānau, and offer information, support, advocacy and the opportunity to become part of our community.
