There are 10 of us braving the cold again for this year's ice bath challenge. If you want to see me turn blue along with my BNI friends while we fundraise for Otago Community Hospice, then please give a little, and I'll share the photographic evidence. There may even be a short video clip (shrieks will be heard!)
The build up for the event kicked off on 31 May, just in time for the start of winter.

Saturday 31 August is confirmed as the day for the ice bath challenge.
That means about 8 weeks left to prepare!
We're right in the middle of some seriously crappy winter weather this week and I've put the cold showers on hold for now while I get over a niggly head cold.
