    Saturday 31 August is confirmed as the day for the ice bath challenge.

    That means about 8 weeks left to prepare!

    We're right in the middle of some seriously crappy winter weather this week and I've put the cold showers on hold for now while I get over a niggly head cold.

    If you hear screams coming from Mornington first thing in the morning, it's just me in training for the Ice Bath Challenge. Putting the shower on cold for the last 30 seconds is the recommended preparation. Bracing!
