I'm taking on the Otago Ice Bath Challenge to raise funds for Otago Community Hospice.
As a yoga teacher, I'm curious about the wellbeing benefits of cold-water exposure, so I'll be preparing with plenty of cold showers in the lead up to the challenge.
Most importantly, I'm proud to be supporting the incredible care and compassion Hospice provides to people and families in our community.
