Summit for Myanmar

Join with me as I climb the equivalent height of Mount Everest to raise money for relief supplies in Myanmar.

2020 was not the year to inspire exercise so I am starting this challenge very much from a 'couch' level of fitness. The last year has been pretty tough for most people, imagine having to flee your home and hide in the midst of everything. You can only take what you can carry, you may not have much warning and this will continue for months.
