Super Creative x The Kindness Collective - 2024

$11,659 of $9,500 goal
Given by 126 generous donors in 7 days

Bringing the Super Creative community together to help raise money for The Kindness Collective Christmas Joy Store.

Nationwide

Last year the Super Creative community helped raise an incredible $8290 for the Kindness Collective Christmas Joy Store!

And this year, I’d love your help to do it again....

As the cost-of-living crisis worsens, and after the devastating effects of the recent weather events, many families are struggling more than ever before. Thousands of kiwi kids will wake up on Christmas morning without presents, or even food.

This year, you can be the reason they unwrap a little bit of joy instead.

~

The Christmas Joy Store is New Zealand’s first social toy store that provides the gift of kindness and the dignity of choice.

The Christmas Joy Stores invite referred parents and caregivers to choose gifts and treats for their children they know they’ll love, off the shelves, shopping for free.

Christmas is just around the corner! Let's play our part to ensure that as many kids in NZ wake up with gifts under their tree.

Thank you!!!  6 February 2025

A message from Kindness Collective

Over Christmas, thanks to the support of people like you, the Kindness Collective provided 3,188 families and 11,598 children with 35,336 toys and 80,458 treats from the Christmas Joy Store. Across the country, the Collective also delivered 17,022 toys to 8,511 children and 1,314 whānau food for Christmas Day.

For many families, it was more about just having toys and food for Christmas. It was the chance to have a memorable time with their families, free of pressure and stress. It was a reminder that people care and that there truly is hope. KC received so many pieces of feedback from families whose lives were made better as a result of our community's kindness. A mum of three summed it up after visiting the Joy Store, “thank you for reminding me of love and that there is always light at the end of the tunnel”.
