Support Peter & the NZ 'A' Blind Cricket team tour to Australia

After being in the military and business for years, losing my central vision changed my life, sometimes placing me in a dark place literally and emotionally. However, New Zealand Blind Foundation gave me hope, by introducing me to Blind Sport NZ and Blind Cricket in 2018. I took up the challenge and went on a player development camp and was chosen to represent NZ “A” in Australia this november. Blind Cricket has given me hope, a new challenge, a sense of achievement and self respect in which I will have an opportunity to represent my country on a sporting field. Being part of the NZ ‘A’ Blind Cricket team has combined a group of awesome individuals who look to overcome challenges and work together as a team who understands each other's walk of life.
