We are a family friendly gym. We are a team of Lesmills Group Fitness instructors and have a beautiful team member who has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
Our team and our members want to show our support to her and her family by giving back, raising funds to support "Cure Our Ovarian Cancer" and helping to improve awareness.

Hey everyone - thank you to those who have already donated. We are getting close to our LIVE event at Advance Fitness Invercargill, Conon Street. Join us on Saturday for the beginning of our Release Week and our big drive to raise as much as we can for this awesome charity.
We start at 8am with our RPM 100 release and follow that up with our Programme Mash Up at 9am. Come join us. Bring a friend along anyone is welcome to come support this. We have an amazing raffle running - tickets $10 with some fabulous prizes on offer. Lets keep giving!
