Surfathon Fundraiser in loving memory of Simon Thomas Noom

1 in 3 of us will be touched by cancer at some stage of our lives.

Having lost both my parents in the past six years to both breast and bone cancer respectively and most recently( Last March ) my best friend to agressive brain cancer.

He was someone who I thought was invincible and that we would be surfing together well into our 80s .

I want to honour and remember both his and my parents lives by doing an all day Surfathon on the East Coast preferably Tawharanui between March and the end of April to raise both awareness and much needed money for the Cancer Research Trust NZ
