The Great Erg Challenge is a one day event, where Auckland Grammar Rowers row ,on ergs (rowing machines), the 342 kilometres from Auckland to Lake Karapiro. This is AGRC's biggest fundraiser of the season, and one that allows us to continue to compete at the highest level of secondary school rowing.
