Taniwha-Thon Cricket - 24 Hours, 10,000 Balls, $10,000

Kia ora e te whānau. One of the Taniwha Cricket Team's core values is Whanaungatanga - A sense of connection and belonging. This fundraiser connects us to our chosen charity (The Swans Nest) and our community (Porirua/Wellington).

Swans and Taniwha are combining to help provide support and advocacy for whānau who have children with complex and life limiting conditions. No public support services exist in the Wellington Region. Our goal of $5000 provides funding for 2 terms worth of hands on therapies and support services for 20+ families.

27-28 August, 10am to 10am at Ngati Toa Domain (Mana Indoor Nets) we and anyone who wishes to come and support (or even have a bat and bowl with us) will be doing a continuous 24 hour cricket session.
