At F45 Napier we are not just a gym... we are a family. Family support one another! Our team is participating in the HB Hundy to show our support to the loved ones that are affected by suicide. All proceeds raised go to STAROS. STAROS is the support network that offers services to those suffering the affects of suicide. Suicide is heartbreaking for the loved ones effected and is extremely hard to come to terms with. This is why we need AMAZING organisations like STAROS.

The HB Hundy is a 100km's Tag Team Relay run/walk consisting of 14 legs and will be held on the 28th of September 2019. Starting at the Bayveiw Fire Station we will follow the cycle ways and finishing at the Hastings Fire Station. Team F45 Napier appreciate your support :)
