Participating in Step Up for Ovarian Cancer

Nationwide

*27 Sep is 7.30pm and 29 Sep session is 6pm

Kylie is doing an online workout session every 48hr to 'Step Up in September' 👣 and invites you to donate and/or join her online! https://trustpower.zoom.us/j/93807946313 (Meeting ID: 938 0794 6313). 7.30pm on all the odd numbers of September (1st, 3rd, 5th etc).

Because sadly every 48hr in NZ a woman dies from ovarian cancer (more than from the road toll or melanoma).

The workout will be about 40min with a mix of pilates and yoga, suitable for all fitness levels; no equipment needed. Build strength💪, improve flexibility🤸‍♀️ and de-stress🧘‍♂️ while having fun helping a worthy charity and beating the lockdown blues 😊

Fundraising for 'Cure Our Ovarian Cancer' NZ charity, that my friend Jane set up after being diagnosed with ovarian cancer at 32 years old.

Every week, 6 woman in NZ are diagnosed with ovarian cancer. 9 out of 10 people with breast or prostate cancer survive at least 5 years; just 4 out of 10 women with ovarian cancer do.

Learn the symptoms here https://cureourovariancancer.org/nz/ovarian-cancer-symptoms/

The funds we raise together will be used to educate and advocate for women; and fund crucial research to find better treatments for women to improve their survival. I want to celebrate my friend Jane's 40th birthday with her!

Your body is a temple and it's time to get toned! 👣🧘‍♀️🎼
