Nick:

Attempting an Ultraman - A 4-day event totalling 515kms:

Day 1: 10km swim

Day 2: 210km bike ride

Day 3: 211km bike ride

Day 4: 84km run

Alex:

Attempting to run a marathon in under 3 hours. A feat at which he will have to run 42.2km at what is typically his 5km pace (4:15min/km)
