Tomorrow is the big day and Matthew has been absolutely overwhelmed with the support from everyone near and far!
Donations have exceeded his expectations and he is so excited to be shaving the mighty mullet off in support of his best mate.
He's been letting his locks go wild, not letting them near a cutting device of any sort and has now got some impressive side burns going on as well.
He's decided to shave it number 2 all over, with his main concern being how white his neck is going to look!
Matthew had the privilege of going on air yesterday with Hoops on the moring show in Ashburton. He was beaming with pride when talking about his friendship with Lynda and of course made sure his mullet looked just right when he went live on their Facebook page.
Matthew has been overwhelmed by the many generous donations and is really looking forward to the big chop!
