Fundraising for the Victory Boxing programme

Nelson / Tasman

All proceeds from the Fight 4 Victory go towards Victory Boxing, a boxing gym that caters for the kids of Nelson.

Victory Boxing has a number of aims and objectives including teaching life skills, improving attitudes of young people, enhancing the overall welfare of young people, promoting healthy food choices and to foster respect for young people as individuals.

There are four rules at Victory Boxing: "be responsible; be respectful; be caring; be determined".

The boxing programme is currently affordable for all kids, no matter what their background may be (just $5 per term), which is pretty awesome and why Fight 4 Victory is happening. We want to raise enough funds to make sure the programme continues to be available to all kids who want to be involved, particularly because it continues to grow in popularity.

Emma "The Riddler" Riddell's involvement (page creator)

As well as trying to win our bouts, the Blue Corner have been set a challenge to raise some money as well.

I'm putting my body (and face) on the line in the ring for this awesome cause and you can help too by donating some $ to Victory Boxing. Any amount no matter how small will be gratefully received, because it is something Victory Boxing doesn't have.

So thanks for your help and hope to see you at the fight on 4 April!
