Tobi's run for Cobham school's library

I'm running to run to raise money for my school library.

Canterbury

Like many kids I would rather read than run but I'm giving running a go to improve my school library. Actually, it's compulsory. Personally I see it as a sort of a win-lose situation. I'm hoping that those who love running will support me, thinking I may discover a whole new world and end up loving running, and that those who don't will support me in my pain.

Participating in

Cobham Intermediate School Fun Run

We have turned our Annual Cross Country into a Fun Run to raise funds for our school library, which is in desperate need of new resources!

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause. Pain is part of endurance and endurance builds character. Run the race with enthusiasm. That always makes it feel better. Think of all the yummy new books.
