Help our charities Catwalk and Life Flight on our journey as we bike from Cape Reinga to Bluff in 30 days
Wellington
Catriona William’s formerly one of the New Zealand’s leading international equestrian riders founded the Catwalk Trust in 2005. Following an accident, Catriona was confined to a wheelchair and unable to ride competitively again.
A care for all spinal cord injuries was Williams dream and the Cat Walk Trust was born. They believe in supporting researchers in the very realistic bid for spinal cord patients to walk again. Some of their wonderful ambassadors are Sir Brian Lochore, Sir Mark Todd, Richie McCaw and Zara Phillips to name a few.
The second charity is Life Flight trust. I’m sure everyone has a profound appreciation for the work they do. They are the operator of a nationwide air ambulance service and the Wellington based Westpac Rescue Helicopter. They provide 24/7 emergency services to accidents when time is critical or when the location is remote and difficult. Every flight costs $2500 for every mission flown. Hopefully with your help we can support them to keep saving lives and be there when it counts.

We arrived in Bluff on Saturday! What an amazing journey we had. Thank you for all your donations!
We will keep the page live for another 3 weeks for any last donations to the charities. We are hugely appreciative of the on going support that we had along the way.
Enjoying a well deserved break break in Stewart Island! :)
