Help me support the Malcam Charitable Trust in Toss the Boss 2018 by sponsoring me to abseil the Forsyth Barr Stadium
Otago
Born and bred in Gore, I graduated from Lincoln University in 1986 and have been involved within the rural sector ever since. The last 4 years has been spent working for Westpac where I am the Otago & South Canterbury Area Manager for Agribusiness. This role provides opportunity to be involved with some pretty amazing people, young and old alike.
Providing support and opportunity for our younger generation has always been important, no more so than when I had the pleasure of serving as chairman of the board of trustees at Waihola District School. I have over the years had involvement with a number of sports clubs and helped with kids coaching, I currently try to spend time in the great outdoors and am a golfer of dubious ability.
My wife and I were lucky enough to have 3 children, each of whom pursued their own sporting and cultural activities, but now the nest is empty – they have all grown up and left home.
If being tossed from the roof of the stadium is what it takes to support the youth of our district then I’m up for it! Please help me with this endeavour and consider a donation towards a very worthy cause.
On the morning of the 24th May I'll be abseiling from the roof of Forsyth Barr Stadium 35 metres to the pitch below, fundraising for the Malcam Charitable Trust. All funds raised will go towards providing the youth of Otago experiences that enable them to discover who they are, and where they fit in.
Support our brave bosses as they put it on line to raise funds for the Malcam Charitable Trust.
