Simon has around 15 years of experience as a tax and business advisor for PwC where he has spent the past 8 years after working for another local firm. Simon has vast expertise in a wide range of tax and commercial matters. He has a broad range of clients from sole traders through to multi-national corporates and prides himself in providing a practical and professional service to them. Simon has significant experience in corporate tax, tax issues for SMEs, trusts, land transactions, GST and tax accounting.

Simon was born and raised in Dunedin where he lives with his wife, Audrey a busy toddler, 2 dogs and too many cats. Simon’s wife may or may not be a crazy cat lady. When not at work much of Simon’s time is spent playing with Lego, trucks, cars and trains with a very busy toddler who has a passion with anything with wheels or wings.

Simon is proud to take up the challenge of the Toss the Boss and to continue PwC’s longstanding support for the Malcam Charitable Trust and the Toss the Boss fundraiser.

On the morning of the 17th May I'll be abseiling from the roof of Forsyth Barr Stadium 35 metres to the pitch below, fundraising for the Malcam Charitable Trust. All funds raised will go towards providing the youth of Otago experiences that enable them to discover who they are, and where they fit in.
