My Name is Tash Columbus.

I have 2 beautiful children and a very supportive Husband and I am surrounded by about 300 amazing women each week who inspire me everyday.

I own and run #teamtash TRAINING an inclusive and affordable boutique fitness studio for all women, where we are dedicated to encouraging women to challenge themselves, step outside of there comfort zone and live their best life.

I really respect what The Malcam Charitable Trust does for the youth of our community and when I was asked if I would do this I said hell no- quickly followed by Hell yes - I am always encouraging women to do something that scares them, because that’s how we grow right? AND this scares me (a lot) so only right I take my own advice and I am sure I have many clients who would like to see this boss tossed.

On the morning of the 17th May I'll be abseiling from the roof of Forsyth Barr Stadium 35 metres to the pitch below, fundraising for the Malcam Charitable Trust. All funds raised will go towards providing the youth of Otago experiences that enable them to discover who they are, and where they fit in.
