Tour Aotearoa, mountain biking 3000 km in 30 days to support Rainbow YOUTH

$1,100 of $3,150 goal
Given by 19 generous donors in around 3 months

I am cycling 3000 km to raise awareness (and funds) for Rainbow YOUTH to support a more inclusive Aotearoa for young people to flourish in.

Canterbury

I am mountain biking the Tour Aotearoa (3000km, Cape Reinga to Bluff) for a personal challenge and while I do this would like to raise awareness of the need to support Rainbow Youth in their incredible journey. Our family knows how hard this is and this is one little way of me personally giving back so that others less fortunate have the access to services and support they deserve.

If I could raise $1 for every kilometre I travel then that would be awesome!

Rainbow youth is a charitable organisation established in 1989 that works with queer and gender diverse youth and their wider communities to ensure that NZ/aotearoa is a place where all young people can thrive.

Gail Houston's involvement (page creator)

Youth mental health is an area of health that needs a load more support, none more so than young people struggling with their identity and facing stigma and discrimination. I want to foster change in this area so that our young people can flourish.
